C&G Engineering Service is interested in the satisfaction of the customers requests of technical services and products supplies in industrial, building and technological branches. Aims are defined together with the customer at the beginning of the design process, in order to give an answer to customer's expectations and to face the competition demand imposed by the current marketing system.
Answers and solutions
C&G Engineering Service is an association of engineers and technicians organized in order to supply products and guarantee technical multi-knowledged services with different contractual forms: from the co-operation with technical firm department to design and technical management of delivered products, ensuring the product with sure costs and maximum reliability and quality.
C&G Engineering Service has a polyhedric and very agile structure, which can co-operate at any organizing level. Obtained knowledges allow moreover to introduce new ideas and to associate abilities in order to find the solution for any design or realizing situation.
Quality and organization
C&G Engineering Service analized the design process, identifying activities and interactions with other processes of Customer and Suppliers relationship management, determinated criteria and methods in order to assure application and control, studied and defined ways to organize availability of resources and information, defined how to measure, control and analyze these processes and take necessary actions to get planned results and to get always improved.
